Ifeoma began her career as a classroom teacher, where she noticed the same thing year after year: bright, curious children quietly falling behind simply because no one had the time to sit with them and sound out the words.

She started teaching a handful of those children one-on-one after school — first at her own dining table, then in their homes. Word spread among parents, and Victoria Book Resources grew into a full reading club, all-subject tutoring service and exam preparation centre for children aged 1 to 18 — covering Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, the SAT, IGCSE and other British examinations.

Today she trains every tutor personally, keeps class sizes at exactly one child, and still teaches sessions herself each week because, as she puts it, "the moment a child reads their first sentence alone is worth every hour."
